His devotion to relationships has fostered engagement with local and global brands from Molson Coors to Send Grid. In his free time, he runs a junior cycling program for children and when he is not spending time with his family, he is skiing or biking everywhere.

As Creative Director, Leah opens doors and removes barriers for her team of devoted visual storytellers. Leah has worked in the design industry for 20 years and is an NCIDQ Certified Interior Designer. Her passion for research, human centered design and creative evolution, took her from a design build firm to Steelcase as a Workplace Consultant. She is naturally creative and curious while being a dynamic and charismatic leader.

Bird has over 26 years of experience in creative strategy, design, and implementation. His diverse background includes architecture, urban design, and branding. Bird specializes in extraordinary design solutions for specialized environments, and his portfolio includes storytelling & design for workplace, campuses, museums, and exhibits. His attention to detail makes him finely attuned to how users move through and interact with spaces. Bird is passionate about competition & sports. His competitive running experience fuels a drive to cultivate teamwork & partnerships for complex projects. Bird has over 8 years of experience with 3d-identity team. He has created and led many projects that have grown to become national accounts for our team.

Kyle is a graphic designer at 3di with experience in print and digital advertising, branding and environmental design. His background in advertising and marketing honed his skills at delivering messaging through visuals to elevate brand engagement. Kyle excels at intentional design that reflects brand identity and uses powerful imagery to achieve distinct mood and tone. He is a Colorado native and graduate of University of Northern Colorado School of Art & Design where he earned his BA in Visual Communication & Design. Outside the studio, Kyle will likely be found on the golf course when the sun’s up and the movie theater when it goes down. Our resident theater critic also enjoys camping, photography, and, most of all, being with family.

Jamie joined the 3di team after graduating from Kansas State University with her Masters in Interior Architecture and Product Design. Her spatial planning and intuitive understanding of three dimensionality are ideal for creating experiential design solutions for our clients. Jamie couples this with a keen understanding of materiality and fabrication techniques, ensuring final installations honor design intention. She has a broad range of experience, including an internship in Iceland working on a new interface for a robotic ankle and designing and implementing festival experiences for DropBox and Naked Juice for SXSW in Austin. Outside the office, she enjoys finding design inspiration through travel, art, and reading.

Marissa has 18 years’ experience in sales, operations, program/project management and event planning in Furniture Manufacturing and Commercial Real Estate industries. She has managed the Google San Jose projects along with several local and out of state clients. Marissa’s passion for “the experience” in travel and culture guides her passion at work, which is to create an unsurpassed customer experience. Marissa thinks proactively, to manage risk and adhere to the critical paths set forth for the project. Excellent attention to detail, Marissa prides herself on thoughtful and transparent communication to ensure short- and long-term goals are met.

Mary has over 30 years experience with an extensive professional journey in corporate accounts, project management, design, architecture, and commercial real estate. She has had the privilege to work with notable clients such as PepsiCo, AT&T, Ernst & Young, and Toyota.
Mary has a passion for understanding the unique needs of every client combined with a commitment to long-term relationships. She believes that success lies in communication and details. At her core is the experience of connecting…people with people and with their space.
In her spare time, Mary can be found somewhere outdoors and behind a camera shooting macro photography of tree bark detail.

Hillary brings a background in hospitality, facilities, and construction. With a passion for problem solving, organization, and cultivating positive connections she is adept at handling a wide range of creative and strategic tasks. Guiding projects from conception to completion, Hillary uses her intuitive curiosity to understand customer needs, coupled with the talent for bringing beautiful graphic experiences to life within budget. She excels at managing the details while maintaining the big picture. Collaboration and curiosity are at the heart of her work ethic with the belief that the best outcomes surface from a fusion of diverse ideas and perspectives.

Andon is originally from Los Angeles California and moved to Denver 21 years ago. He specializes in bringing ideas to life through 3D modeling and renderings that help clients visualize the full potential of a space before it’s built. With a strong foundation in industrial and graphic design, he transforms concepts into immersive, photo-real visuals that elevate storytelling and guide decision-making throughout the design process.
His versatility is a key asset—pairing creative problem-solving with a deep understanding of media production, branding, and marketing. Whether shaping a branded environment or supporting the broader design strategy, Andon’s adaptability and visual thinking add dimension (literally and figuratively) to every project.
In his free time, Andon loves to spend time with his wife and grandkids. He loves to be outdoors, whether it’s hiking, biking, camping or snowboarding.

Her academic background in Graphic Design, Oriental Painting, and Textile Design fuels a unique, cross-cultural approach to design.
